The programme organizes CO classes for the largest groups of quota refugees. The nationalities of refugees participating in CO classes vary from year to year.

In 2012 refugees originated from Afghanistan, Iran, Myanmar, Eritrea and Somalia will be provided with CO classes. CO classes for these groups will be held in in Iran (Afghan refugees) in Turkey (Iranian refugees) in Malaysia (Myanmarese refugees), in Sudan (Eritrean refugees) and in Kenya (Somalis refugees).

In the year 2011 refugees originated from Afghanistan, Bhutan, Iran, Myanmar and Eritrea were provided with CO classes. CO classes for these groups were held in in Iran (Afghan refugees) in Nepal (Bhutanese refugees) in Turkey (Iranian refugees) in Malaysia (Myanmarese refugees), in Sudan (Eritrean refugees). In addition to that the Co-course was held in Malta and Tunisia for the refugees who came from different countries in North Africa.

During the year 2010 refugees originated from Afghanistan, Bhutan, Iran, Iraq, Palestine, Myanmar and Eritrea were provided with CO classes. CO classes for the group were held in Iran (Afghan refugees), in Nepal (Bhutanese refugees), in Syria (Iraqi and Palestinian refugees), in Malaysia (Myanmarese refugees), in Turkey (Iranian refugees) and in Sudan (Eritrean refugees).

In the year 2009 refugees provided with CO classes were from Afghanistan, Bhutan, Iraq, Myanmar, Palestine and Eritrea. CO classes for these groups were held in Iran (Afghan refugees), in Nepal (Bhutanese refugees) in Thailand and Malaysia (Myanmarese refugees), in Syria (Iraqi and Palestinian refugees), and in Sudan and Ethiopia (Eritrean refugees).

During the year 2008 refugees who were provided with CO classes originated from Myanmar, Iraq, Bhutan, Eritrea and Palestine. CO classes for these groups were held in Thailand and India (Myanmarese refugees), in Syria (Iraqi refugees), in Nepal (Bhutanese refugees) and in Sudan (Eritrean refugees). CO for Palestinian refugees was arranged in Norway after their arrival.

In the year 2007 the refugees who were provided with CO classes originated from Myanmar, Democratic Republic of Congo and Burundi. CO classes were held in the following transit countries: Zambia (Congolese and Burundian refugees), Thailand and Malaysia (Myanmarese refugees).
